You can remove a page by right-clicking on a page in the category tree. When selecting delete page, the page will not be shown in the category tree anymore. Instead, it will show up in the "RemovedPages" folder in the Events.
To completely purge the page from the database, you will have to use the delete history button in the settings panel. Note that this will also cleanup your history page information.
